Duties and Taxes

If your order being shipped outside the EU, you might have to pay additional duties and taxes to get your parcel. These charges are usually due when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those.

We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you can send back your order within 14 days of receiving it. As soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse we will process your full refund.
